I can’t redirect to the store I want to visit through ShopBack. What should I do?
You may experience this when trying to visit another store while using ShopBack.
What you can try
Check that you’re using the latest version of the ShopBack app.
You can find the latest version of ShopBack’s apps by visiting your phone’s app store (example: App Store, Google Play). You’ll be able to see what’s new with the app and update to the latest version if available.
Refresh the page and try again.
