I couldn’t pay my PayLater payment. What should I do?
You may encounter this issue when you’ve exceeded the credit limit on your credit card or have an insufficient balance on your debit card.
What you can try
Add another valid card that has sufficient credit or funds.
- To update your card, go to your Account → Linked payment method.
- Then, choose to add another card and set it as your default billing card for ShopBack PayLater payments. To make things easier, you can also use the Scan Card option.
Make sure your default card has enough to be able to make the scheduled payment to avoid incurring late fees.
