In most cases, you should receive a Cashback notification a few seconds after paying at a ShopBack GO partner with a linked debit/credit card.
If you have paid and haven't yet received a Cashback notification, don't worry just yet – some bank cards can take longer (up to 7 days) to track your Cashback.
If your Cashback isn't tracked even after 7 days, it may be missing for one of the following reasons:
1) Your debit/credit card may not have been linked to ShopBack GO before making the payment. In such cases, Cashback cannot be awarded because there is no way for us to track your payment.
2) Cashback will not be tracked or awarded:
(i) if the credit/debit card used for payment is unlinked from your account
(ii) for payments made with a physical GrabPay Mastercard, if the updated virtual number is not keyed into the ShopBack app once the card is activated
(iii) for payments made with a UOB Mastercard card using a mobile payment method (such as Apple Pay)
(iv) when using NETS Pay, Singtel Dash, GrabPay Mobile Wallet (QR payment), FavePay, GetzPay, and any other non-qualifying payment methods
(v) for large groups and event bookings.
