2. Browse for your favourite online stores and click on any store you want to visit to be re-directed to the store in a new tab
3. A “Few things to note” pop-up will appear. Please read and follow the Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure your Cashback to be tracked.
4. Shop and complete your order within the same tab so that ShopBack can track your order and the amount you had spent.
5. Repeat the entire process starting at ShopBack every time you make a purchase.

Important things to note:
1. It will take up to 2 - 7 days (depending on merchant) for your Cashback to be processed and reflected in your ShopBack account.
2. Your pending Cashback will require 1-120 days to be validated by our merchant store to ensure that no cancellation, return or exchange was made. Claim time will differ from merchant to merchant. Once validated, your pending Cashback will turn “Confirmed” and will be added to your Available Balance.t
3. You will be able to request withdrawal into your bank account once you have accumulated the minimum Available Balance.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What if I collected the ShopBack voucher but the deal is out of stock?
Please immediately alert us if the deal is out of stock and we will replace the deal with another similar item. However, in the case where there are no similar replacements, ShopBack will replace the deal with a Cashback Voucher of the same value as the original Cashback Voucher value. This voucher will be applicable on any purchase made on the same merchant at the min. spend of the price of the original item value. Customer must escalate this case to our customer service team in order for our team to re-issue the new voucher to the customer.
2. What if I bought the deal earlier but only collected the ShopBack voucher later at the flash timing?
You wouldn't be able to qualify for the promotion. You will need to collect the ShopBack voucher first, before making the deal purchase within the next hour.
3. What if I purchased more than 1 time and multiple units of the same item?
The promotion is only valid for 1 item redemption per voucher. Cashback or coupon discount will only be credited based on 1 unit price of the item.
4. What if I collected more than 1 ShopBack voucher? Am I able to stack the vouchers together?
You're able to stack the ShopBack Vouchers as long as you've successfully qualified and fulfilled the conditions of all the ShopBack vouchers unless otherwise stated.
5. What if I collected the voucher and made the purchase only 2 hours later?
You will be disqualified from the promotion. Users are encouraged to purchase the deal immediately after collecting the ShopBack voucher. Once voucher is collected, users have 1 hour from the start of the flash deal to purchase the item from the deal page in order to successfully qualify for the promotion. Any purchase made beyond the flash hour will be disqualifed from the promotion.
6. Am I allowed to buy a different item or a different colour / variety from the listed deal?
You will need to buy the item of the exact variety directly from the link in the redemption page in order to qualify for the promotion with the exception of Foodpanda Starbucks deal. Purchases made from a different seller or of a different variety, colour and/or size will automatically be disqualified.
7. The price on the merchant deal site is different from the listed price on ShopBack. How do I know how much Cashback should I be getting?
There may be price discrepancies between the merchant's site and ShopBack's. However, regardless of whether the merchant listed price is lower/ higher than the ShopBack listed price, ShopBack will take the difference in the final paid price and ShopBack listed price to calculate the difference in Cashback and then award accordingly provided the user complies with the terms and conditions as stated out above.
8. Can I buy more than 1 quantity for Flash Deals or Cheap Thrills?
It is limited to 1 quantity per account.
9. Will my Cashback be tracked if I do not click through 11.11 page for Flash Deals or Cheap Thrills?
Yes, the Cashback will be tracked in as usual however Cashback is given at normal rate.
10. Can I add items to cart first before 11.11 & purchase it on the day itself?
No, order must be made within the campaign period in order to qualify.
Term & Condition
1. Valid for all ShopBack registered customers (existing and new).
2. Valid for purchases via the ShopBack Mobile App only.
3. Flash deal is valid from 11 Nov, 0:00, 2019 to 11 Nov, 23:59, 2019 as stated in the table below. Any voucher redemptions must be made within the allocated time slot to qualify.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per deal per user only.
5. Valid with other ShopBack collectible vouchers and ShopBack approved merchant coupons, unless otherwise stated in the individual deal terms and conditions.
6. Merchant terms and conditions apply.
7. ShopBack does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
8. ShopBack reserves the right to invalidate any order that does not comply with the terms and conditions.
9. Any refunds, exchanges or cancellations on the item will be disqualified from the promotion as of immediate effect.
10. Cashback is not applicable on GST.
