If I return, exchange or cancel my order(s), will I get Cashback?

Upon any order, Cashback will remain as "Pending" for the merchant to validate on the customer's order. This validating process is to check whether the order/booking made by the user has successfully completed by their end.

Cashback will be awarded only for successful and completed purchases in which no cancelation, exchange, changes upon booking/order, etc. If the merchant found any specific event as mentioned occur, the Cashback will be invalidated for any returns, exchanges, and cancellations of orders. 

To avoid losing Cashback for item exchanges, it is recommended that you cancel your order and make a new transaction, subject to the cancellation policies of each store.
