I did not receive any reset password email. What do I do?

You can request one directly via https://www.shopback.sg/forgot to receive the reset password link.

You can also manually request the reset password email via the ShopBack login page like below:

 

1) At the login page, you need to fill with your ShopBack registered email address in the space provided as below;

2) Then, click "Forgot Password" and you will receive a password reset link in your inbox.

Also, please be noted that your password needs to include 8 characters of alphanumeric. Once you have reset your pass, you may then log in to your account as usual.

*Reset password email has a token that is only valid for 30 minutes. If you are unable to reset your password within the stipulated time, please do click on "Forgot Password" once again.
