Your Cashback will change the status from "Pending" to "Paid" once our partner store has validated your transaction. The time taken to confirm the Cashback will depend on the store's partner (You may view it in each partner store's terms and conditions page).
When you visit the merchant's page via ShopBack, you will see the "Claim time" for the particular merchant, sample as below;
