How will I know my Missing Cashback request status?

Once the investigation has completed, you will be notified via email on the result of the investigation. There will be 2 outcomes;

1) Approved: There will be new Cashback entry and the status tracked as "Pending"
2) Rejected: The existing entry will change to "Rejected"

Alternatively, you can view your Missing Cashback investigation status in your ShopBack account at the Cashback Activity tab!
