My mobile number already exists. What do I do?

Oops! This happens when your mobile number is already registered to another account. Each phone number can only be designated to one ShopBack account.

However, if this is happening to you,  you don't have to worry, we can help you to remove the mobile number from the respective account. All you need to do is reach out to our friendly customer service officers at help@shopback.sg and they will surely help you accordingly. :D
