How do I change or update my phone number?

1) Go to your Account Information page

2) Click/tap on your mobile number information as per screenshot below


3) Key in your ShopBack account password


4) After confirming/updating your password, you may update your new phone number.
NOTE: If you have trouble updating your new mobile number, kindly contact us here!


5) A One Time Password (OTP) message will be sent to your number within 60 seconds. (Although it rarely happens, if you did not receive your OTP, kindly try again. Alternatively, you can seek help with our friendly Customer Service agents here!)


6) Success!
