1. Can I request for a refund?
While refunds are not typically allowed, each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and subject to a 10% processing fee.
The refund must be made within 90 days from the expiry date. Any request submitted past the dateline will not be entertained.
2. Can I extend my deal after it expires?
Unfortunately, no. The validity of deals cannot be extended past their expiry date.
3. What happens to my Cashback if I cancel/refund the deal?
Your Cashback will be rejected in case your deal is cancelled or refunded.
4. When can I get my refund?
Successful refunds will take 2-3 working days, and will be credited in the form of Cashback, minus the processing fee.
