How can I request for a refund for my ShopBack PayLater orders?

If you need a full or partial refund for your ShopBack PayLater transaction, you’ll need to check with the store directly. Here’s how it works:

 

Full Refund

  1. You’ll need to contact the store to ask for an order cancellation/refund.
  2. Once the store has initiated the Full Refund, we’ll work on refunding the amount back to your selected payment method.
  3. Typically, the whole process will take up to 10 business days for the amount to be reflected on your end.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation after your full refund has been processed.


Partial Refund

  1. You’ll need to contact the store to ask for a partial order cancellation/refund.
  2. Once the store has initiated the Partial Refund, we’ll process this.
  3. For Partial Refund, the amount will be used to offset your next instalment’s repayment. If you do not have any outstanding instalments in your account, the amount will be refunded back to your selected payment method.
  4. Typically, the whole process will take up to 10 business days for the amount to be reflected on your end.
  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation after your partial refund has been processed.
