Why can’t I remove my card from the ShopBack app?

You may have one or more outstanding payments to be deducted automatically at a later date, hence you are unable to remove your card from the ShopBack app. Please see upcoming bills by going to ‘Transactions’ from your ShopBack account.

Should you wish to to change out your card, you can add another and set that as your default. The outstanding instalment(s) will then be auto-deducted from the newly added default card. Once the change is completed, you can proceed to remove the initial card from your ShopBack account.
