I did not receive an order confirmation email after paying with ShopBack PayLater

Please reach out directly to the store where you purchased your products and services to confirm that the order was completed or reach out to our Customer Service Team.

Typically, after completing an order, you’ll receive emails from both the store and ShopBack. Your ShopBack emails will contain your order and repayment details.

The order confirmation email from the merchant will contain your order information (product description & price, delivery address, etc.). If you need to know your payment transaction details, please check your ShopBack account!
