Once the investigation is complete, you’ll receive an email notification with the result of the investigation. There are two possible outcomes:

Approved:
- A new Cashback entry will appear in your account.
- The status of the entry will be marked as "Pending".

Rejected:
- The status of the existing entry will change to "Rejected".
Additionally, you can track the status of your missing Cashback investigation anytime in your ShopBack account under the 'View Support Requests' via our Support Tab.
