How do I pay for my TADA ride with ShopBack?
Before you book a ride on TADA, if you haven't already, add ShopBack as a payment method in the TADA app. Then select ShopBack as your payment option and complete your ride as usual.
How do I add ShopBack as a payment method on TADA?
On either the ride booking screen or the 'Payment Methods' page under Account, tap 'Add Payment' and link ShopBack to TADA. You may be asked to complete a one-time bank verification using your current default card on ShopBack. You only need to link once.
Which card will my TADA rides be charged to?
Once you've linked ShopBack to TADA, your future rides will be automatically charged to your default card on ShopBack without re-authentication for each transaction. To change it, go to the ShopBack app and update your default card under ‘Account’ → ‘Settings’ → ‘Linked payment methods’. For security reasons, you may be asked to complete a one-time bank verification each time your default card on ShopBack is changed.
Can I use cashback to offset my TADA ride?
Yes, you may offset your payment if you have available cashback. Before you book a ride on TADA, if you haven't already, toggle ‘Use cashback to offset ride fare’ in the TADA app.
Will I earn Cashback on TADA rides paid via ShopBack?
Yes! You'll earn cashback of up to $10 on qualifying TADA rides when you pay with ShopBack, with higher cashback available during selected campaign periods. After your ride, open the ShopBack app to redeem your cashback. Campaign terms and cashback rates can change from time to time, so please refer to the ShopBack app for the latest programmes and offers.
How do I request a refund?
For cancellations or refunds, please raise the request through TADA. Once processed, we'll initiate the refund to your selected payment method.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, here's what you can do: (1) Check that your linked payment method has sufficient funds to cover the fare. (2) Confirm your ShopBack account is linked and your app is up to date. (3) Retry the payment once you've confirmed the above. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Are there any fees for paying with ShopBack?
ShopBack does not charge any additional user fees for using ShopBack as a payment method on TADA. Any other charges, if applicable (for example, processing fees, platform fees or ride surcharges), are determined solely by TADA. For the latest information, please refer to TADA's terms.
Is my card and payment data secure?
