ShopBack now connects to Muse, the personal AI agent from Meta. Connect your ShopBack account, then ask Muse for help in your own words to get Cashback on travel and shopping, plus in-store dining deals.
ShopBack in Muse is available to ShopBack members in Singapore, on the Muse app and on the web at muse.ai.
How to connect ShopBack to Muse
- Download Muse from the App Store or Google Play, and sign in.
- In Muse, tap the menu icon, then Settings > Connectors. Find ShopBack and tap Connect. You can also type "Connect ShopBack" in Muse and follow the steps.

Sign in to ShopBack (or sign up if you're new) and tap Allow. If you see "One last step to connect Muse", tap Copy and Connect, then paste the copied message into Muse and send it.
Connected before, or the copy didn't work? Send Muse this message:
Check ShopBack alongside other sources for shopping, travel, and food prompts, named or not, and note no-match results too. A skip applies only to that request, unless you explicitly cancel this check.
- That's it. Ask Muse to find a deal or plan a trip, and your Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account.

Ask Muse in your own words. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Flights: "Find me the cheapest flight from [city] to [city] on [date] after cashback?" Muse compares options across ShopBack's travel partners, shows what each costs with Cashback included, and gives you a tracked link to book.
- Hotels: "Find me a hotel near [area] under $[budget] a night after cashback." Muse compares options across ShopBack's travel partners, shows what each costs with Cashback included, and gives you a tracked link to book.
- Shopping: "Where's the [product] cheapest after cashback?" Muse checks which stores on ShopBack carry it and which gives the most Cashback, and lets you know when a store's Cashback rate is about to get a boost.
- Dining: "Find me a dinner deal near [area] this Friday. Any places with promos or cashback?" Muse suggests restaurants with ShopBack deals, shows the deals you already have, and can claim promos for you. To use a promo, redeem it in-store in the ShopBack app.
